But even better than the quick turnaround time was their absolute attention to detail; my husband and I are pretty finicky ourselves so the peace of mind that provided us with was wonderful and allowed us to relax knowing our home was in the best of hands. Heath would involve us where needed which was appreciated so we didn't feel 'out of the loop' but for the most part we just left everything to their expertise. Heath literally didn't stop working from the time they started at 6:45am every morning; I think I saw him stop for a quick sandwich once in the two weeks! Haha. Heath made sure that every contractor used did nothing less than a stand-out job... you should see our tiling! We had a fair few 'special' items which we chose to invest in and they made sure to take the utmost care of these items to avoid any damage whatsoever and when it came to installing them they showed enthusiasm for our choices too which was lovely. Finally I gotta say... the way he got two tips, bulldozers and trucks up and down our nightmare driveway (narrow, windy and with huge plants protruding out everywhere) without damaging any of our plants was spectacular! It sounds silly but that was a genuine concern to me prior to starting works but Heath took the same care with the rest of our property as they showed with the renovations they completed for us.
